Mussell Crane Mfg. designs and fabricates Jib
& Davit Cranes for a variety of industrial needs. Jib
cranes are constructed with a horizontal beam upon which
a trolley & hoist is suspended while Davit Cranes are
designed with an tapered angular beam housing the
winches cable line. Both of these cranes pivot around a
vertical axis allowing for up to 360 degree of motorized
or manual rotation. Jib Cranes are the most economical
material handling solution where you have lifting
requirements in one localized area. This type of crane
can be wall mounted, free standing floor mounted or
floor & ceiling mast mounted. These cranes take up
minimum floor space and are available in capacities
ranging from 500 Lbs. to 10,000 Lbs. and standard spans
of up to 20 feet. Davit Cranes are specially designed
for outdoor marine use and can be equipped with manual
or mechanical adjustable booms, winching systems &
rotation. All controls are weather proof and are suited
for the most extreme weather temperatures.
